Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Landscape Supervisor or Agricultural Engineer based in Saudi Arabia to join our team in Khobar/Dammam. This full-time role offers a paid probation period of three months and is open to candidates from Nepal, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Kenya, and Uganda, preferably aged between 30 and 45 years.

Applicants currently working and residing in Saudi Arabia will be given priority, especially those who are available for immediate transfer.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of landscaping projects. Core duties include supervising daily gardening operations, monitoring the health of lawns, plants, trees, and palm trees, and promptly addressing pest and disease issues. The role also involves recommending appropriate fertilizers, pesticides, and treatment solutions, managing irrigation systems, and ensuring water efficiency.

Additionally, the supervisor will coordinate activities like tree pruning, palm tree care, and date harvesting and carry out regular site inspections to uphold maintenance standards. Managing and leading the landscaping team to ensure smooth daily operations is a crucial part of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and hold at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years of relevant experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is essential.

Applicants should possess strong expertise in turf grass maintenance, plant health diagnostics, pest control, tree and palm care, and familiarity with fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation technologies. Leadership abilities are necessary to effectively supervise staff and handle landscape operations.

A valid driving license is preferred, and proficiency in English is required, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage. Note that experience as a Senior HVAC or AC Technician is also valued.
