Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to join their Qatar operations. This role focuses on creating effective prompts, testing AI outputs, developing grounding documents, and validating responses to ensure accuracy and relevance. The ideal candidate should be ready to join within two weeks, with a maximum allowable start time of one month.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop precise prompts to improve AI interaction quality.
• Evaluate and test output from AI systems to assess performance.
• Create and maintain grounding documents to support prompt consistency and clarity.
• Validate generated responses to meet expected standards and criteria.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in prompt engineering and designing inputs for AI systems.
• Ability to analyze and test AI-driven outputs critically.
• Familiarity with creating documentation to support AI prompt frameworks.
• Good judgment in assessing accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content.
