Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cash Van Sales Representative to join our sales team in Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving daily sales growth and managing field operations efficiently through strategic route planning, customer engagement, and timely cash collection. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and maximizing revenue while establishing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for executing daily sales routes effectively and maintaining flexibility to seize sales opportunities as they arise. Your tasks will include achieving set daily and monthly sales targets, overseeing the entire sales process from product demonstration to deal completion, and immediate cash collection.

Expanding the clientele through proactive acquisition efforts and boosting average order values by employing upselling and cross-selling strategies are essential to your success. You will also ensure comprehensive coverage of your assigned sales territory, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide valuable feedback to the team.

Maintaining outstanding product displays at customer locations and managing van inventory—including loading, organizing, and stock counting while minimizing losses—will be vital for smooth field operations. Strict adherence to cash handling policies is mandatory, with the goal of achieving accurate daily reconciliation without discrepancies. Professionally addressing customer objections and turning them into sales opportunities will further strengthen your role as a company representative.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should bring at least five years of proven sales experience, demonstrating strong competencies in field sales operations. Fluency in both Arabic and English, including written and spoken communication, is required to effectively interact with diverse clients and internal teams.
