Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer specializing in Electrical and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems to contribute to a significant construction project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing site-based roles within the commercial building and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

As the Project Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans that include schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies. You will oversee project scope, monitor costs, and ensure timely performance. Coordination with contractors and vendors is essential to maintain smooth project execution.

Additionally, you will review engineering and design documents to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Your role will also involve leading workspace planning initiatives, managing office renovations, and driving facility enhancement projects.

Monitoring project progress and preparing detailed reports will be part of your duties, along with managing change control procedures and coordinating payment processes. Finally, supporting project close-out activities and ensuring accurate documentation handover will be crucial. Fostering effective communication among all stakeholders and team members is key to the project’s success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• 10 to 15 years of hands-on project engineering experience, with at least 7 years spent in construction site roles.
• Mandatory membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in software tools such as Autodesk and Microsoft Project is required.
