Mahraj Agriculture Company is a leading provider of nursery plants and agricultural solutions across Saudi Arabia, with significant operations in Riyadh, Hail, and Jeddah. We are currently seeking a dedicated Agricultural Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves on-site responsibilities with frequent travel to our nursery and project locations. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence by securing new clients and managing sales for major landscaping and agricultural projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

As an Agricultural Sales Engineer, your primary duties will include identifying potential customers and securing large-scale supply contracts. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their plant and landscaping needs, advise on the best options from our extensive nursery stock, and prepare accurate pricing quotes. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and farm owners is essential to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within a nursery, farming, or landscaping environment in Saudi Arabia
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and closing commercial contracts
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to negotiate prices and finalize deals effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing with hands-on agriculture experience, or Agricultural Engineering/Agronomy combined with practical sales experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of native Saudi plants, trees, environmental factors, and regional soil and water conditions
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for conducting daily business; good command of English is required for documentation and correspondence
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel regularly between Riyadh, Hail, and Jeddah

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, with regular travel to support nursery operations and project sites in other regions. You will work within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality agricultural products and solutions across key development projects in Saudi Arabia.
