A well-established company in Bahrain is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to support and enhance their customer service functions. The role requires managing sales orders, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining excellent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing outstanding support to current and potential clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. This includes monitoring delivery times, optimizing shipping costs, and improving order entry accuracy. Managing both inbound and outbound communications regarding shipment tracking, billing, pricing, and availability will be vital.
Additional duties involve streamlining order processing systems, assisting finance with billing follow-ups, expediting orders from manufacturing plants, and preparing detailed sales reports. The coordinator will also handle price quotes, purchase order proposals, after-sale orders, and facilitate coordination between manufacturing and other departments to meet customer deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in international sales
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Engineering Degree
