Alogayell Group is currently looking for a skilled Site Supervisor specializing in architectural and civil construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in overseeing site operations, ensuring that construction activities meet strict quality and design standards while coordinating effectively with all involved parties.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor will take charge of managing daily site activities to maintain compliance with project specifications and timelines. Key duties include supervising construction processes, conducting detailed surveying tasks such as setting out and controlling levels, and interpreting engineering drawings for accurate execution. Employing surveying equipment like Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level will be essential in maintaining precision on site. Additionally, the supervisor will prepare comprehensive site reports and track project progress regularly.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in construction supervision related to architectural and civil works
• Proficiency in surveying techniques and equipment handling including Total Station and GPS
• Strong ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings and construction plans
• Effective leadership skills to guide and manage teams on-site
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities to liaise with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Competency in AutoCAD for design consultation and Microsoft Office for documentation
