Key Responsibilities

The Purchase Entry Executive will be responsible for accurately entering purchase invoices and managing supplier bills. Maintaining comprehensive records and ensuring the accuracy of all purchase documentation are essential functions of this role. You will also verify invoices against supporting documents, assist with basic bookkeeping, and facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with purchase entry and invoice processing
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to organize and maintain thorough documentation
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Educational qualifications should be at least a High School diploma, with preference given to candidates holding a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related fields. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
