This role is specifically tailored for professionals with experience in manpower supply, recruitment, and mobilization within the industrial, construction, or oil and gas sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and client management abilities combined with practical knowledge of recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment and deployment of QC Inspectors and Safety Officers efficiently.
• Engage in client and vendor communications ensuring compliance with specified requirements.
• Manage relationships with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth recruitment processes.
• Organize and mobilize manpower resources, aligning with project and sector needs.
• Utilize online recruitment platforms and MS Office tools to support hiring activities and administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manpower supply, recruitment, or mobilization projects, preferably in industrial segments.
• Strong understanding of the industrial, construction, or oil & gas industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment coordination and deployment effectively.
• Familiarity with vendor and client compliance standards and protocols.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and online recruitment platforms.
• Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
