Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and self-motivated Outsourced Accountant to join our expanding team. This role involves managing accounting and financial reporting tasks for a diverse range of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining precise financial records and general ledgers across multiple client accounts. Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements will be prepared accurately. Bank reconciliations and balance sheet verifications form a significant part of the role. You will also assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, support the month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensure adherence to relevant accounting regulations. Additionally, the accountant will liaise directly with clients to resolve accounting questions and provide valuable financial insights, contributing to management reports and detailed financial analyses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 4 years of proven experience in accounting or a similar capacity
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and a strong command of Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
