We are looking for a full-time female Filipino professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Playground Attendant. The ideal candidate should possess a friendly appearance, a kind demeanor, and the ability to engage well with children and clients alike. Experience in hosting children’s birthdays and parties is essential, along with artistic skills to contribute to event activities and decorations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Supervise and assist children in the playground to ensure their safety and enjoyment
• Organize and host birthday parties and other children’s events with creativity and enthusiasm
• Use artistic talents to decorate and manage event themes and activities
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the play area and event space
• Communicate effectively with parents and clients regarding event details and customer needs

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female Filipino candidate preferred
• Previous experience in customer service and working with children
• Background in hosting children’s birthday parties and managing event activities
• Artistic ability to enhance event environments and entertainment
• Kind, patient, and approachable personality suitable for interacting with kids and clients
• Good appearance and professional presentation
