A well-established supermarket chain in Bahrain is looking to hire an experienced Supervisor to lead their retail team. This role is ideal for candidates currently residing in Bahrain with a valid visa. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting staff management in a busy supermarket environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supervising the store’s activities. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the supermarket staff to achieve operational goals
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving any customer concerns
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring smooth stock management
• Managing shift schedules and assisting in the training and development of team members
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should bring previous experience, ideally in a supermarket or retail supervisory capacity. Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential to succeed in this position. Candidate Requirements

• Currently living in Bahrain with a valid Bahrain visa (visit visas are not accepted)
• Prior supervisory experience in retail or supermarket sectors is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and staff
