Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled manpower for the roles of finishing carpenter and welder fabricator to join a factory located in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. These vacancies are offered under the Kafala sponsorship system. The company provides accommodation, iqama, and insurance, while employees are responsible for their own food expenses. Working hours are set at 8 hours per day with opportunities for daily overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• For finishing carpenters: perform precise finishing work on wood structures, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• For welder fabricators: carry out fabricating and welding tasks, assembling metal components as per specifications and maintaining safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a finishing carpenter or welder fabricator.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints related to carpentry and welding tasks.
• Good knowledge of tools, materials, and safety regulations applicable to the trade.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of factory work.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranges from SAR 2,000 to SAR 2,200, commensurate with experience.
