Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying client needs and delivering tailored technical solutions. You will manage the entire sales cycle, including business development, client interactions, and negotiations to meet and exceed sales targets. Presenting products and services effectively to customers is also a critical part of this role.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience or familiarity with HVAC and elevator industries is highly desirable
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Capability to assess customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions
• Experience in cultivating and maintaining client relationships
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory

Compensation
