Salt Logistics Company is currently seeking experienced food delivery riders to join our team immediately. This opportunity offers Kafala sponsorship and a stable monthly salary with additional bonuses for top performers. Key Responsibilities

As a food delivery rider, you will be responsible for efficiently delivering orders to customers using your own vehicle. Meeting daily order targets and maintaining high-quality service are essential to succeed in this role.

• Manage and deliver approximately 420 orders weekly.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries using delivery apps.
• Maintain communication with the logistics team to resolve any delivery issues promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Valid Iqama and relevant work permits.
• Possession of a light transport driving license.
• Minimum six months of experience in food delivery.
• Familiarity with popular delivery applications and navigation tools.
• Good time management and customer service skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The basic salary for this position is 2000 SAR per month, with additional earnings of 5 SAR for each completed order after meeting the weekly target of 420 orders. The company also offers monthly bonuses for the best-performing riders, and salaries are paid promptly every month. In addition, Kafala sponsorship will be arranged within one week.

Work Schedule and Environment

Interview sessions are conducted from Saturday to Thursday after 12 PM. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring riders to be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently under pressure to meet delivery targets.
