Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

Head Chef: The Head Chef will lead kitchen operations, ensuring smooth execution from planning to implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role demands strong leadership and culinary expertise to maintain high kitchen standards and quality.

Commis: The Commis will assist in food preparation, specializing in making sandwiches and sweets. This role requires a hands-on approach and attention to detail to support the kitchen team efficiently.

Kitchen Helper: The Kitchen Helper will provide essential support with basic kitchen tasks, helping maintain cleanliness and assisting cooks as needed to ensure seamless kitchen performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Head Chef: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role with proven skills in kitchen management and SOP implementation.
• Commis: At least 3 years of experience, specifically skilled in preparing sandwiches and sweets.
• Kitchen Helper: Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
• All candidates must hold a valid Qatar ID (QID) and a Food Handling Certificate.
