We are seeking skilled Huawei Telecom FM Engineers with at least three years of hands-on experience in Huawei telecom projects for an ongoing long-term opportunity in Saudi Arabia. This role involves supporting and maintaining telecom networks with a focus on fault management and network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing fault management operations, diagnosing and resolving network issues in microwave and wireless systems, and ensuring network performance meets required standards. The role requires working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, while maintaining clear communication and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience on Huawei telecom projects
• In-depth knowledge of microwave and wireless network technologies
• Strong expertise in fault management (FM) operations and maintenance
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and fix network problems
• Valid safety certificates are mandatory
• Good communication and comprehensive reporting abilities
• Ability to work effectively both alone and in a team environment
