Job Overview

A prominent Heavy Equipment Rental Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Senior Equipment Rental and Logistics Manager to strengthen its management team. This role demands a results-oriented leader with extensive experience in overseeing heavy equipment rental operations and logistics, delivering enhanced fleet utilization and maximizing business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Equipment Rental and Logistics Manager will oversee two critical areas:

• Equipment Rental Management: Lead all aspects of rental operations to boost fleet profitability and utilization. Develop and execute strategies targeted at business expansion, manage major contracts, and maintain strong customer relationships. Collaborate closely with operations and maintenance departments to guarantee optimal equipment availability.
• Logistics Services Management: Direct transportation and logistics functions, ensuring effective fleet deployment and resource allocation. Focus on enhancing operational efficiency and controlling costs while complying with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards. Supervise logistics teams to support the organization’s growth objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in heavy equipment rental within Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong planning and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of equipment rental operations, logistics coordination, asset management, and cost reduction strategies.
• Proven commercial acumen with a track record of cultivating and managing customer relationships effectively.
• Experience in enhancing operational workflows, increasing fleet utilization, and elevating overall business results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing medium to large-scale heavy equipment fleets.
• Successful record of driving fleet utilization improvements and increasing rental revenue.
• Background in leading business development efforts and securing significant contracts.
• Established connections and experience serving the construction, industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
