Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our facility management team in Rawdath Al Khail. This is a fixed-term position initially for one month, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. The role offers a competitive all-inclusive salary of QAR 3,400, with working hours set at nine hours a day, six days a week.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil maintenance and repair works within the facility management scope. You will oversee daily site activities, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. Reading and interpreting drawings accurately will be essential for managing the execution of projects. Strong leadership skills are required to manage and motivate your team effectively, maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least three years of proven experience as a Civil Foreman specifically within facility management settings.
• Hands-on experience with civil maintenance and repair operations.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and supervising site work.
• Excellent team management and communication skills to lead site personnel and coordinate with project teams.
• Possession of a valid Qatar ID (QID).
