Job Overview

BELGRAVIA CONTRACTING COMPANY (BCC) is seeking a skilled Project Manager specialized in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will lead the construction of residential or commercial towers exceeding 40 floors, ensuring successful project delivery in alignment with predefined timelines and construction sequences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning through completion. This involves managing complex vertical logistics, including crane coordination, slip-form and jump-form concrete systems, and ensuring safety at high elevations. You will also handle the delivery of high-performance concrete essential for tall building structures.

Effective contract and cost management is a critical part of the role. Responsibilities include budget oversight, monitoring cash flow, managing contract variations, and evaluating claims and extensions of time under FIDIC-based agreements. Serving as the primary liaison, you will coordinate with clients, architects, MEP consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Compliance with regional authorities is mandatory. You will ensure all work adheres to Dubai Municipality regulations, Civil Defence fire and life safety standards, and requirements from utility providers such as DEWA.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 18–25 years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 8 years managing high-rise or supertall building projects.
• Professional certifications including PMP (Project Management Professional) and membership in the Society of Engineers (SOE) UAE.
