Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Functional Consultant to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design Oracle-based solutions that enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle applications and a deep understanding of business processes to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle applications.
• Design and implement functional specifications to support business processes.
• Provide end-to-end functional support during Oracle application implementation and upgrades.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-deployment support.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems.
• Assist in documentation of processes, workflows, and functional customizations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of Oracle modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, or HRMS.
• Proven track record in Oracle functional consulting or implementation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment and managing project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle certification related to functional modules.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations is a plus.
• Prior involvement in multinational or cross-functional projects.
