We are currently seeking a reliable Helper to join our air conditioning maintenance team in Makkah. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their technical skills and ready to contribute hard work and dedication to ensure smooth operations at our AC shop.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties will involve assisting with various tasks in the maintenance and repair of air conditioning units. The Helper will support technicians by preparing tools, handling materials, and performing basic maintenance duties as directed. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential to handle the 12-hour daily shifts effectively.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Basic technical understanding related to air conditioning systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job.
• Dedication, responsibility, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Good time management as punctuality is crucial for the lengthy working hours.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a salary of approximately 1200 SAR per month. In addition, employees are provided with free food and accommodation as part of the employment package. The company supplies three meals daily to support the well-being of its workforce.
