This role offers a competitive salary range of SAR 8,000 to 12,000, depending on your expertise and qualifications.

• Generating and pursuing new project leads and market prospects within the construction sector
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business

• Supporting the company’s strategic initiatives and expansion goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a proven track record in business development, preferably within the construction industry. Essential qualifications and skills include:

• Relevant experience working in a construction company environment
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities
• An engineering degree is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in English

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must have 8 to 10 years of B2B marketing experience in the Gulf region and be ready to engage with the company under the offered salary range. Other important details include:

• Possession of a transferable Iqama is highly preferred; please specify your Iqama profession and expiry date

• Availability to start immediately or as per mutual agreement
