MGC General Contracting Co., a leading contracting firm based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, is seeking motivated Marketing Coordinators to join their expanding manpower supply division. This role focuses on developing and managing client relationships within the construction, industrial, and contracting sectors to generate business opportunities and secure manpower contracts.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in growing the company’s manpower business by:

• Identifying and generating manpower demand from construction, industrial, and contracting companies.
• Visiting client sites and offices regularly to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Coordinating closely with management to understand and meet manpower requirements.
• Following up on client inquiries and successfully converting them into confirmed orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in manpower supply or related marketing roles.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is mandatory due to frequent site visits.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and key construction companies within Jubail.
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
