Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled BIM Modelers with expertise in interior fit-out design and coordination to join our team in Jeddah. This opportunity is contract, project-based, or freelance for professionals who can support our engineering and design functions through accurate and efficient Building Information Modeling.

Key Responsibilities

As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models focused on interior fit-out scopes. Your role includes producing detailed drawings and sections, preparing coordinated layouts, and conducting thorough clash detection to resolve any coordination conflicts. You will ensure that all models adhere to BIM standards and documentation requirements while working closely with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver seamless project outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in BIM modeling specifically for interior fit-out projects. Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit software is essential. Additionally, you must possess a solid understanding of interior detailing and coordination techniques. A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked on projects in the Middle East region.

Position Details

We are looking to fill 8 to 10 positions for BIM Modelers with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in similar projects. This is an urgent hiring drive, so early application is encouraged.
