Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals for a hydraulic tubing installation project involving flushing, testing, and commissioning. This opportunity is open to experienced candidates interested in contributing to industrial piping and hydraulic system projects onsite in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Positions Available

The project requires dedicated personnel for the following roles:

• Site Supervisor: Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in hydraulic tubing or industrial piping projects, with strong coordination and workforce management skills.
• Hydraulic Tube Fitters: Experience in tube cutting, bending, routing, assembly of cutting rings, and fitting installations is essential. The ability to interpret hydraulic drawings and isometric layouts is also required.
• Hydraulic Technicians: Candidates should be skilled in flushing hydraulic systems, pressure and leak testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
• Tube Bending Machine Operators: Prior experience in operating tube bending and pre-assembly machines for hydraulic tubing work is necessary.
• Mechanical Technicians: This role involves the removal and installation of hydraulic tubing, clamps, supports, and related components.
• Helpers / Skilled Laborers: Assistance roles in hydraulic tubing installation and maintenance require relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Each role will involve specific duties such as:

• Supervising site operations and organizing labor resources efficiently.
• Performing precise tube fabrication and installation according to technical drawings.
• Conducting hydraulic system flushing and various pressure and leak testing procedures.
• Operating specialized machinery to bend and prepare tubing components.
• Carrying out mechanical tasks including removal and installation of tubing systems and supports.
• Providing support during installation and maintenance to ensure smooth project flow.

Required Skills and Experience

• Relevant hands-on experience in hydraulic tubing or industrial piping projects.
• Ability to read and understand hydraulic system drawings and isometric layout plans.
• Competence in pressure testing and commissioning activities related to hydraulic systems.
• Mechanical aptitude for handling tubing removal, installation, and machine operation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for coordination on-site.
