Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia, with hands-on experience supporting restaurant POS systems and Oracle ERP implementations. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain and troubleshoot various IT systems to ensure seamless daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Candidates must hold a transferable Iqama to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support for restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems, including both hardware and software components. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues involving PCs, printers, routers, and POS devices, ensuring minimal downtime. Maintaining the IT infrastructure to support daily operational needs and assisting staff with IT-related queries is an essential part of the job. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with management to support and implement Oracle ERP solutions while prioritizing data security and system updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience providing IT support within the restaurant or hospitality sector is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of POS system functionality and troubleshooting techniques.
• Hands-on knowledge of network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting in both Windows and macOS environments.
• Ability to effectively install, update, and troubleshoot software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with clear communication abilities.
• Capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic and busy environment.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must possess a transferable Iqama to be eligible for this position. Experience with Oracle ERP software and related IT infrastructure is an advantage.
