Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Pastry Consultant or Chocolatier based in the GCC region to join an exciting new project in Dammam/Khobar. This short-term contract role offers an opportunity to lead menu development and kitchen setup for a premium takeaway dessert brand, specializing in innovative Belgian chocolate creations, molten cakes, and delivery-friendly fluffy pancakes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting commercially viable dessert batters that maintain quality during transport. You will also design and establish hot chocolate tap systems and stable, rich ganaches to support consistent product excellence. Developing simple, effective standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored for junior line cooks to follow will be a crucial part of ensuring smooth daily operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong background in pastry arts or chocolate confectionery with proven expertise in product development.
• Ability to create high-volume dessert solutions that maintain consistency and quality.
• Experience working within GCC food service environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of chocolate engineering and plated dessert presentation skills.
• Capability to develop clear, actionable SOPs for kitchen staff.

Contract Details

This role is structured as a 4–6 week consultancy project with flexible, part-time engagement options available. Compensation will be competitive and milestone-based, reflecting the consultant’s expertise and deliverables.
