Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Coordinator with 5-7 years of experience in construction supervision to manage and oversee site activities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for allocating workers, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met on various construction sites. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Coordinator will manage labor allocation across different sites according to project needs and track their deployment. Monitoring site progress, productivity, and quality is essential to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. The coordinator will prepare budgets for minor renovation projects and oversee the execution of these upgrades in a cost-effective manner.

Additionally, the role requires coordinating logistics involving materials, equipment, and manpower. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is a priority, along with supervising skilled and unskilled workers, technicians, drivers, and operators.

The coordinator acts as the material coordinator by arranging and procuring materials using petty cash when necessary. Managing vehicle assignments, tracking vehicle location, fuel consumption, and maintenance are also part of the responsibilities. The role involves keeping detailed records of vehicle movement and transport expenses and planning equipment and vehicle requirements in collaboration with project teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in site supervision, foreman, or coordination roles within the construction industry.
• Strong ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead teams and liaise with site personnel.
• Basic computer proficiency including familiarity with reporting formats.
• Good understanding of local construction methods and practices.
