We are seeking motivated female professionals to join our team as Telemarketing and Online Sales Representatives based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to work either full-time or part-time, engaging with customers through phone marketing and live sessions on Facebook to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties include making marketing calls in Arabic to introduce and promote products, managing live broadcasts on Facebook to interact with followers, answering customer inquiries during broadcasts, presenting special offers, and diligently following up with potential clients. Accurate recording of sales and timely reporting to management are also essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic, both spoken and written
• Comfortable using social media platforms, particularly Facebook live streaming
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in telemarketing, direct sales, or live streaming is an advantage
• Female candidates only
