Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Lead Instrument Engineer to join our team for a critical Aramco project based in Saudi Arabia, focused on metering skid systems for pipeline applications. This role demands strong expertise in instrumentation combined with knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems and flow meters, specifically within the context of Aramco’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

As the Lead Instrument Engineer, you will oversee the instrumentation aspects of skid field operations, ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards. Your role will require coordination with various technical teams to manage instrumentation setups, testing, and troubleshooting. Ensuring seamless integration with PLC and SCADA units, along with managing flow meter instrumentation, will be essential.

Required Skills and Certifications

• Proven experience as an Instrument Engineer on Aramco-approved projects, particularly within the Fadhili Project or similar.
• Strong working knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems.
• In-depth understanding of flow meter technology and its application in pipeline metering.
• Certification as Instrument Quality Control Inspector (QCI) approved by Aramco.
• Ability to pass the CBT (Computer Based Testing) as per Aramco requirements.

Additional Roles and Opportunities

We are also looking to fill related positions with Aramco certification or relevant experience, including:

• QC Inspector – Preservation (Rotating equipment), requiring Aramco approval and CBT passing.
• Instrument Technician with hands-on experience in various calibration techniques and Aramco certification.
• Valve Technician with either Aramco certification or substantial experience handling valve operations.
