Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Female Technical Coordinator to join our team in Madinah. This role requires a candidate who is organized, communicative, and capable of managing technical coordination tasks effectively. The ideal applicant will have a solid technical background, relevant certifications, and prior experience in handling service orders and client quotations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly service orders and submitting accurate client quotations. Coordination and communication with various departments and clients to ensure smooth technical operations are essential duties. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be critical in managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a technical coordination role
• Diploma in IT, Technical Studies, or related technical fields
• Possession of valid technical and training certificates
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between teams and clients
• Good organizational abilities to manage documentation and service orders

Additional Information

Applicants must currently reside in Madinah. All submitted certificates and qualifications will be thoroughly verified. The selected candidate will undergo a three-month probation period during which performance will be closely evaluated. Upon successful completion of this evaluation, arrangements for company or sponsorship transfer can be made.
