Watercolor Interiors (WME) is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Bahrain team. We specialize in delivering high-quality interior fit-outs for luxury retail outlets and premium commercial spaces. Precision and attention to detail are at the core of our work, ensuring every project meets international standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor at Watercolor Interiors, you will be accountable for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), detailed cost estimates, and tender documentation. Managing project valuations, handling contract variations, and finalizing accounts fall under your scope. You will oversee project costs from commencement through to handover, coordinating closely with procurement departments, subcontractors, and on-site teams to maintain budget control and timely delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience working within interior fit-out or construction sectors. A strong understanding of measurement techniques, cost analysis, and contract terms is essential. You must demonstrate a keen eye for detail coupled with numerical accuracy. Prior experience in the GCC region is highly preferred, as it will help you navigate the specific requirements and standards of this market.
