Edge Rope Company for Technical Support Services is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on managing the recruitment process for foreign workforce candidates, particularly through coordination with recruitment offices and manpower agencies across the GCC and Asia. The successful candidate will have a solid background in overseas hiring procedures and strong familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and visa requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruitment Specialist will handle the entire recruitment cycle for overseas hires. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating with international agencies, conducting preliminary interviews, and assisting with onboarding. The role also involves ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, managing visa and embassy paperwork, overseeing medical examinations, and arranging travel logistics. Maintaining detailed recruitment records and delivering weekly progress reports are important aspects of this position.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in foreign recruitment offices or manpower agencies
• Strong understanding of overseas recruitment procedures within Saudi Arabia or GCC countries
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Effective multitasking skills to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage
• Familiarity with Musaned system, visa processing, and liaising with recruitment agencies

Preferred Background
