Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join its Qatar operations. This role requires a professional with significant experience in Salesforce environments and a strong grasp of CRM-driven business processes, ideally within regulated or enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities

The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a central role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and insights.
• Documenting both current and future state business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are accurately mapped into Salesforce workflows.
• Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborating with Salesforce administrators and developers to assess the feasibility of solutions and maintain alignment with enterprise architectural standards.
• Managing the Salesforce enhancement backlog by prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and return on investment.
• Leading change control processes and preventing bypass of established governance procedures between business units and developers.
• Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defining test cases, and supporting user training and adoption efforts to drive successful deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 to 6 years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and business processes, preferably within regulated or large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and functionalities.
• Exceptional documentation skills and disciplined approach to process management.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, structured thinking, and process redesign focused on delivering business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Agile or Scrum certification.
• Experience supporting Salesforce environments with large user bases (300+ users).
• Familiarity with multiple system integrations and complex enterprise IT landscapes.
