Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to join their Qatar team. This pivotal role is designed for a professional who can lead and govern the enterprise technology architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of IT experience, with a strong background in solution architecture, cloud environments, and multi-application enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

The Enterprise Architect will define and enforce architectural standards across the enterprise, focusing on applications, integrations, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining a technology architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Establishing governance frameworks to ensure technology consistency and compliance across various platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Yardi, Salesforce, Azure, and BI tools.
• Providing architectural signoff authority on major initiatives to guarantee scalable and efficient technology investments.
• Reviewing and validating complex solution designs to prevent fragmentation and maintain system coherence.
• Collaborating with senior management and influencing stakeholders to promote unified architectural decisions.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 12 years of enterprise IT experience.
• At least 5 years in Enterprise or Senior Solution Architecture roles.
• Proven expertise working within multi-application enterprise ecosystems.
• Strong background in integration architecture and cloud-based environments, particularly Azure.
• Experience managing coexistence of ERP and CRM systems.

Preferred Certifications

Certifications that will strengthen candidacy include:

• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
• Salesforce Certified Architect credentials
• Integration platform certifications
• IT governance-related certifications

Work Environment and Role Purpose

This governance-focused role combines high-level technical insight with architectural authority to maintain long-term technology consistency and avoid fragmentation. While it requires strong technical credibility, the role is not involved in daily engineering tasks but rather focuses on reviewing and validating architecture decisions across platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Yardi, Salesforce, Azure, and BI solutions. The position will also take responsibility for middleware strategy moving forward.
