Job Overview

Our well-established coffee shop branches located in Al Qassim and Abha are actively seeking skilled Baristas and Trainee Baristas to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about coffee and customer service to contribute to a welcoming café atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to enhance guest experience
• Assist in daily inventory management and stock replenishment
• Support training initiatives for trainee baristas and new staff when required

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of three months’ experience as a trained Barista or Trainee Barista
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills with a positive and energetic attitude
• Good personal presentation and professional demeanor
• Possession of a valid and transferable Iqama
• Applicants must be Bangladeshi nationals

Additional Details

This position requires immediate availability, with candidates expected to start as early as the next day. The offered monthly salary for this role is 1500 SAR.
