Key Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, and applying putty for smooth finishes
• Reading and interpreting shop drawings to understand project requirements
• Maintaining consistent quality and ensuring site safety throughout the work process

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in painting, including color matching and surface preparation
• Ability to apply putty and level walls effectively
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials for both interiors and exteriors
• Skill in reading technical drawings and following detailed instructions

Compensation and Benefits
