Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional with over 16 years of experience in painting, gypsum board installation, and carpentry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting maintenance activities and team operations, particularly within metropolitan infrastructure projects such as Riyadh Metro Bus Maintenance.

This role requires expertise in wall painting techniques, décor installations, and interior finishing, paired with hands-on carpentry skills to handle repairs and installations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all types of wall painting and surface finishing with precision and quality standards
• Install gypsum boards, perform ceiling construction, and manage décor-related tasks
• Carry out carpentry work including fixing, repairing, and installation of various structures
• Prepare surfaces for spray painting and maintain equipment for optimal performance
• Support interior finishing and decorative solutions tailored to client requirements
• Oversee maintenance operations and coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist in team supervision and provide logistical support including transportation between maintenance locations
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain quality control to meet industry standards

Professional Background and Qualifications

The candidate holds a high school education and brings more than 16 years of specialized experience, including extensive work with Saudi Oger and over 8 years supporting Riyadh Metro Bus maintenance under Arabia Service Company. This experience encompasses both hands-on technical roles and supervisory duties.

Additional qualifications include:

• Valid Saudi driving license
• Transferable Iqama
• Multilingual abilities in English, Urdu, Arabic, and Pashto

Work Environment

Work is primarily based in Riyadh, requiring site visits and coordination at multiple maintenance locations. The role demands physical dexterity, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with diverse teams to maintain high standards in project delivery.
