Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Estimator fluent in both Arabic and English to join an established Artificial Marble company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing accurate cost estimates and possess a keen eye for detail to contribute effectively to project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

The Estimator will be responsible for reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to produce accurate and comprehensive cost estimates. Duties include conducting quantity take-offs, performing cost calculations, and developing both technical and commercial project proposals. The role also involves preparing detailed pricing reports, cost breakdowns, and regular project updates. Strong coordination with suppliers and subcontractors is essential to secure quotations and pricing information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in project estimation within the engineering or construction sectors.
• Ability to accurately read, interpret, and analyze engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is necessary for understanding design plans.
• Strong analytical skills combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience developing technical and financial proposals tailored to project requirements.
• Competence with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other estimation software tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English to facilitate clear communication with all stakeholders.
