Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to join our team in Bahrain. This key role involves supervising site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring proper execution of construction projects including high-rise buildings, villas, and infrastructure works. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership abilities combined with strong technical knowledge, ensuring projects progress smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating personnel, and ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment. Regular site inspections and detailed progress reports are critical to this role. The foreman must maintain thorough documentation of activities such as daily logs and quantity tracking. Close communication with project managers, engineers, and supervisors is essential to address issues and implement corrective measures promptly. Additionally, enforcing site safety standards to maintain a secure work environment is a top priority.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Foreman, preferably on high-rise, villa, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment usage.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and best construction practices.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate a diverse team of workers and subcontractors.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is required.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
