Job Overview

Vista Computers is seeking a proactive and motivated Field Sales Assistant to join our team in Bahrain. This role focuses on expanding our B2B customer base by promoting office stationery and IT products directly to corporate clients. Working primarily in the field, you will engage with potential customers such as offices, schools, clinics, and construction companies to build strong business relationships and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, making initial contact with businesses, and managing the sales process through to completion. Your daily activities will include cold calling and WhatsApp outreach to schedule meetings, visiting client sites for brief but impactful introductions, and delivering informative brochures to communicate our offerings. Preparing competitive quotations and following up consistently with prospects are essential tasks. Additionally, you will nurture existing client accounts to secure recurring monthly orders and keep the team informed on market trends, competitor pricing, and client product demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience, preferably within the Bahrain stationery or IT sectors.
• Excellent English communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively close deals and maintain client satisfaction.
• Comfortable using digital tools including WhatsApp Business, Excel for developing quotes, and basic CRM software.
• Valid Bahraini driving license with access to a personal vehicle for field visits.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive base salary complemented by performance-based commissions. A fuel allowance is also provided to cover travel expenses incurred while meeting clients across Bahrain. This full-time opportunity allows you to be a key player in representing Vista Computers and contributing directly to our sales expansion.
