Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ACAD Planner/Scheduler with a minimum of four years' experience, specifically involving Aramco contracts. This role is pivotal in managing project timelines, evaluating subcontractor proposals, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive quantity take-offs, analyzing estimates, and conducting studies for all project deliverables within the designated scope. You will also prepare and assemble bids and proposals tailored to various contract types.

Assessing subcontractor proposals to confirm full scope coverage and managing potential risks from any gaps is crucial. Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting AutoCAD drawings is essential to support planning activities, work sequencing, and duration estimates. You will actively coordinate with on-site teams and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

Additionally, analyzing project requirements and KPIs to identify progress gaps, developing detailed project schedules, and facilitating project milestones to meet client-approved deadlines are key parts of the role. Continuous tracking of work progress against baseline schedules, along with identifying delays and risks, will be expected.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years of professional experience with mandatory exposure to Aramco contracts
• Strong skills in quantity take-offs, estimating, and proposal preparation
• Ability to assess subcontractor submissions and manage scope and risk effectively
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review and project planning support
• Excellent communication and coordination with site teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills to monitor project KPIs and progress gaps
• Experience in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules
• Capability to identify and report delays, risks, and schedule variances promptly
