Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Headman specialized in irrigation to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This position requires a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in irrigation, plumbing, and pipefitting. The role involves leading and managing irrigation crews to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Headman will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems and plumbing infrastructures. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising irrigation teams during project execution
• Ensuring all plumbing and irrigation work adheres to technical plans and specifications
• Maintaining compliance with plumbing codes and industry standards
• Managing the use of tools and equipment such as pipe cutters, threaders, and bending machines
• Coordinating repair and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize system performance

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years experience in irrigation, plumbing, and pipefitting tasks
• Strong knowledge of PVC, CPVC, and carbon steel pipes and fittings
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with plumbing tools, pipe cutting, threading, and bending processes
• Solid understanding of plumbing codes and safety standards
• Valid driving license is mandatory

Work Environment

This role is based in Saudi Arabia and involves leading team efforts onsite where irrigation and plumbing systems are installed and maintained. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors and coordinating multiple activities within a dynamic project environment.
