Job Overview

We are seeking experienced candidates for the position of Sanitation Field Supervisor and Landfill Site Supervisor focused on streets and roads. This role is based in Saudi Arabia and requires overseeing sanitation operations and landfill site activities to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring over eight years of experience in sanitation services along with a proven track record in leadership and field supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sanitation and landfill site operations related to streets and roads.
• Ensure that contractor personnel perform tasks according to established quality, safety, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor field activities closely, providing guidance and support to teams to maximize efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of sanitation projects.
• Enforce environmental and safety regulations onsite to minimize risks and ensure sustainable practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 8 years of practical experience in sanitation or waste management services.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role overseeing field teams.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Self-driven and organized, capable of independently monitoring and directing complex onsite operations.
• Good understanding of landfill site management and streets/roads sanitation protocols.
