Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, site supervision, and project coordination. This role involves preparing detailed architectural plans, overseeing construction activities, and working closely with consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare architectural designs and detailed plans using industry-standard software.
• Supervise on-site construction work, ensuring adherence to quality and project specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams to maintain smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
• Review shop drawings and troubleshoot any technical challenges encountered during project execution.
• Compile and submit regular progress reports for management review.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in architectural design and site management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and engineering tools.
• Sound understanding of local building codes, regulations, and engineering standards.
• Strong communication abilities and capable of preparing technical reports clearly and succinctly.
• Well-versed in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple project stakeholders.
• Current residency in Riyadh is mandatory.
