Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with a focus on the construction industry to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Bahraini labor regulations and LMRA compliance, ensuring all hiring processes align with local laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Create and publish job advertisements on both local and international job portals to attract a wide pool of talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job platforms, social networks, employee referrals, and professional connections to identify potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communications with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive candidate databases and generate recruitment reports to track progress.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with Bahrain Labor Law and LMRA guidelines.
  • Assist with visa processing and manage all onboarding documentation when applicable.
  • Develop and nurture a talent pipeline to support current and future recruitment demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within Bahrain or the wider GCC region.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bahraini labor legislation and LMRA procedural requirements.
  • Strong command of English communication; proficiency in Arabic will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
