Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled PRV Maintenance and Operation Technician experienced in servicing Pressure Reducing Valves (PRVs) used within water distribution and pumping systems. This role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting automatic hydraulic control valves, especially CLA-VAL models, ensuring optimal system performance across water networks and pumping stations in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing PRVs and hydraulic control valves. This includes performing thorough testing, diagnosing pressure fluctuations, leaks, and valve malfunctions. You will replace worn parts such as diaphragms, springs, seats, and pilots while calibrating and adjusting valves to meet operational pressure standards. Additional tasks involve interpreting technical drawings and maintenance manuals to support commissioning activities, scheduled shutdowns, and emergency repairs. Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and compliance with safety protocols for pressurized systems is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience with PRV and hydraulic valve maintenance.
• Hands-on familiarity with CLA-VAL automatic control valves and pilot systems highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and basic English proficiency.
