Job Overview

We are urgently seeking two skilled Baristas to join our team in Riyadh. Candidates must have prior experience in barista services and possess a transferable Iqama. This full-time position involves working 12-hour shifts at the office, offering a stable work environment with a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
• Provide excellent customer service in both Arabic and English
• Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment

Requirements

• Previous Barista experience is mandatory
• Fluent in Arabic and English for effective communication
• Must hold a valid transferable Iqama or one that has expired within the last month
• Available to work 12-hour shifts

Compensation and Benefits

The offered package includes a basic salary of 1300 SAR plus a food allowance of 200 SAR. This role provides steady employment with a clear salary structure and the chance to advance your skills in a supportive setting.
