Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, managing activities related to inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on warehouse experience who are eager to lead a team, improve productivity, and ensure accuracy throughout the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Team Leader will play a critical role in supervising the daily functions of the warehouse team. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily warehouse tasks including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and outbound dispatch
• Guiding and motivating warehouse staff to perform efficiently and meet operational goals
• Ensuring accuracy in all handling processes to maintain high standards of inventory control
• Monitoring productivity metrics and key performance indicators to optimize workflow
• Maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies to provide a secure working environment
• Collaborating effectively with warehouse supervisors and operations management to resolve issues and streamline activities
• Supporting inventory management by assisting with cycle counts and accuracy verification
• Preparing and submitting daily operational reports on team performance and warehouse status

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• At least 2 years of experience working in warehouse or logistics operations
• Previous supervisory experience leading and managing warehouse teams preferred
• Practical knowledge of inbound, outbound, fulfillment, or distribution warehouse functions
• Effective communication skills and strong organizational abilities
• Capability to work well under pressure and meet demanding operational deadlines
• Basic proficiency with computer systems for record keeping and reporting
• Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary along with several benefits, including:

• Basic salary ranging from SAR 2,000 to SAR 2,500
